Back up help needed- iphone

hi,
i have problems with my iphone and sending it in for repairs
so is there any WINDOWS apps that i can COMPLETELY backup my phone and restore it after.(ex: back up an iso image of iphone and restore later etc)

any app will do even if it costs money.thank you

Just use itunes and its free.
There is a back up app in cydia to back up your jailbrocken apps (cant remember the name) if your phone is jailbrocken.
What exactly do you want to back up other than music,video,contacts and apps?
