stuck with SSH conection HELP!!!

i have a 3g with 2.2.1 firmware, i sucsessfuly jail broke it useing quickpwn 2.2.5

ive installed openssh through cydia, and also terminal.

im now tryin to connect my laptop to my iphone via wifi using cyberduck. so that i can instal mobileinstaller, to allow me to drag rouge apps into itune
ive got it set on ssh, and ive put the phones ip in the sever section aswell as address and password ive been told to use. cyberduck trys to mount it, then times out before conecting.

think im doing something wrong, any ideas

In Cyberduck under connection type make sure you are using SSH (the default is something else). user name root, password alpine. The first log in will take up to 60 seconds... make sure your phone doesn't go to "sleep" so you may want to turn autolock to never.
