What Does the Exclamation Mark Symbol mean???

I noticed a symbol that just popped up in the upper right-hand part of the screen next the the battery meter.

its a ! in a dialoge cloud (like the ones in cartoons).

ive never seen this ever in the 2 years ive been using an iphone, whether it be a 2G or 3G.

ive searched google and found no answer to this one.

Nevermind I just figured it out....its something that pops up when using iBlacklist.
