Itunes Drag and Drop not working?!?!

My Drag and drop is not working on my PC with itunes,i have been trying to find a solution for couple of days but no luck.Anyone know how to fix this please?

cant you just check "manually manage my XXX" on the main iPhone screen in iTunes? you cannot have automatic syncing set up while retaining the ability to drag and drop, AFAIK

That's right. Either you need to setup playlists that autosync or check the "Manually manage music and videos" check box

ok so check marked that "Manually manage music and videos" check box,BUT still no drag and drop.Like when ever i drag a folder in music section ,it brings up a RED circle thing.

Go to music file/properties,uncheck the 'read-only' box...

sadly,its a bigger proble,it keeps read-only even with unchecking it and its some permission problem that vista has.
