Backing up AppStore apps??

Ok here is my query.
I know if i use iTunes and download some apps from iTunes and then sync my iPhone with it, the apps will get installed onto my iPhone and if accidentally i lose data from my iPhone, there are apps in iTunes from which i can get them back on my iPhone again. But what if i have downloaded some apps from app Store on my iPhone and then sync iPhone with iTunes, will the new apps(i downloaded from app store on iPhone) go to the iTunes?? If not how to make the backup of these iPhone apps i downloaded from App Store of Iphone??

Yes, they will sync into Itunes as long as your Itunes is under the same account. It goes by your account.
