Since reading the q1 report from apple, it states that apple holds 48% of the smart phone market in the US. I remember back on the original iday standing in line to get the first gen iphone. I was wondering who else has been around since the beginning.

Day 1 in line for both the 2G and 3G. Probably wasn't necessary, but I had a good time talking to other people who were excited about getting their hands on the phone.

I've had my first gen since the first day it was unlocked....if i wasnt with t-mobile i would upgrade to the 3g but i really dont see the point..This is probably the longest ive ever held onto a phone and i still love it like i did when i first cracked open the box!!!!

Just bought mine in November and I love it. Best phone I've ever had. We've come a long way from the Nextel chirp phones

I had my 3g since release day in uk, love the phone and also my longest phone held. But 2 iPhones 1st gen, 3g 3ipods and 2 MacBooks later this is def my last apple product I buy.

got my first genaration iphone 8gig since day one june 30 2007 day it came out jailbroke it on 1.0.2 of course when app tapp a.k.a installer was introduce lol those where the days..than 3g got it on the second week of the release i was going to get the first genaration iphone 16gig too but didn't have the chance to get it..also got my itouch as well...happy with my three toys lol lol but my 3g is my secret weapon.....lol lol the funny thing is now is eazy to hacked/jailbreak/unlock the iphone before u had to do mad **** command line all that heavy stuff now like tons of videos on youtube on how to....the iphone lol..i miss the old days yes sir....

My favorite jailbreak method from the 2g iPhone was the app tapp web site you went to and it modded your phone by just clicking on a link.....definatly the best.. hah

got my first one for xmas of 2007 and gave it to a family member when i got the 3g. bestbuy wouldnt give me a credit card to buy a tv so i went and got the 3g

uhhhh the pole options suck. pretty much my options you waited for the release of one or your new????

ive been an ipod touch user for about a year now and i just got my 2g at the beginning of december

working extra hours at work to be a 3g user
