Lockscreen lights up on it's own

My 2g iphone's lockscreen lights up on it's own randomly and it comes on about every 30 - 40 sec and stays on about that long then goes back off!

Lockscreen lights up on it's own

My 2g iphone's lockscreen lights up on it's own randomly and it comes on about every 30 - 40 sec and stays on about that long then goes back off! And if I turn it off it turns itself right back on jailbroken or not. I've restored 4 times today to try and fix it and no luck. WTF??
