Old phone sent back from apple
I sent my iphone in for the advanced replacement service through the mail and then everything was good. Well today they sent me my old one back saying its not covered under warranty, I originally sent it for a cracked housing and when I called they told me it would be covered and it was a common thing.
Well I receive this one back with a letter saying, upon further inspection technicians discovered damage that is not covered under apples one year warranty, or is not eligbale for service. Your credit card will be charged with the full equipment replacement value.
What should I do? My card has not yet been charged. I may end up trying to sell it, but shouldnt I have got a little more information or a specific of what was discovered?? Any advice appreciated. If I helped you dont be afraid to click thanks

Maybe water damage. How bad is the crack? Are they the common little spider vein cracks on the bottom by the charging port?

Yeah just like that, but one of them made a more solid crack, I explained it to the lady at apple and she knew what I was talking about and said a lot have been sent back for that. I forgot to mention I had dust under the screen and the part of the reason for the return as well, but now the dust seems to be gone sense getting it back, its really weird, doesnt make since to me
