How do i transfer video on my iphone from windows?

Hi,

I have upgraded my 2G iphone to 2.2. in my earlier version once i add mp4 video to itunes library, i was able to transfer that video to my iphone. but now this does not seem to happen.

Any help on how can i transfer video on my iphone?

More info needed. Does iTunes accept the video file? What does it do when you try and sync them? Any error messages?

There are quite some movies in my Itunes on my laptop whcih i can play on itunes.

When i connect my phone to itunes, in the video option of sync i get 2 sections. Rented movies & TV shows.

In the rented movie sections it give me a message "There are no rented movies in your itunes library that can be transfered to your iphone".

Does that mean that i can only watch movie on my iphone if i rent it from itunes store and cannot transfer any movie from itunes?

ofcourse you have to rent the movies first, in order to play the rented movies on iPhone
