I'm trying to install the iphonescale on my phone

iScale is the first ever Iphone - Ipod Touch Digital Hang Scale Application

But the installer source isn't working. They have a link to download the file onto your computer but it isn't an IPA file. It's a .App folder.

How do I get this onto my phone? I'm assuming SSH but what directory do I put it in?

Please help!

Yeah!! Experts!!!!! Please let us know the magic...

install OpenSSH on your phone
download WinSCP on your computer( google it)
used WinSCP to login your phone
navegate to the Applications folder
drag the .app folder there and set the permissions to 0775 or 0777.. then reboot your phone...

and either or as in you can set it to 775 or 777

I have iPhone 2G with 2.2FW. Nothing mentioned above works. Please try different suggestions.
