iphone 3g sync HELP

Hi,

I usualy sync my iphone 3g with iTunes using a PC (Windows Vista)
the question is, I am switching to mac, and I have no clue how to switch the data (Contacts, SMS, pictures, Applications, and Music) from my PC to mac..

any idea how that could be done?
P.S I will no longer be using my PC, so I really need to move the data.

Load itunes on mac setup your account. Authorize the mac for your accound then sync and backup your iphone. Everything will now backup and synced on to the mac. Apps, data, ect.
