It isn't under the speakers. It is under the dock connector. Basically, where you stick the usb cable in your phone. It's on the side facing the back of the phone. You have to look carefully. It's easier to see if it is actually red, but you should be able to see it regardless.

Lol. I'm starting to think that. I had a feeling I was being watched. There were some random people standing all around me. I mean I could hold my own in a fight. I could take 2 guys by myself. I mean the phone could be fixed an everything was included with the phone even the box. I know I can get another one replaced though apple so I'm not worried about that considering the unsubsidized price is $499 at apple for an 8GB, I saved $200 bucks.

I have an appointment on Tuesday at 6PM so I'll let you know how it goes. The phoen wasn't bought in to the store because the warranty on the website still shows it's good. In my area the phones were going for like $450 and up on craigslist and I only wanted to do local pickup no shipping and extra BS.

BTW there are no red indicators on the phone.

Wow, $300 does seem like a lot for broken one, but if you're sure you can get it replaced...

I just paid $80 for one with a broken LCD and was really close to scoring a replacement.

I sure hope you are able to get it replaced, 300 for a broken iphone is a lot, let alone it being an 8gb one. I in no way would pay that much for a broken phone. Good luck

Damn, rubbing it in my face kjack lol. It's cool bro I'm going to get it replaced, new MMi blue back housing and I'll sell it on ebay, jailbroke and yellowsnowed, with a custom color for hopefully as high as I could sell it for.

I have a kid that's should be arriving in August so I didn't want to drop $600 on a 3G off the bat even though I can afford it. Focusing on saving up money so it'll take me about another 2 weeks to get my 16gb back.

BTW I bought a Gold Plated Bezel and going to buy a Red Back Housing for it.
