Mivtones help

mivtones 2.0 is not working properly on my phone. first it started playing and no sound came out when i had my headphones in. then after i took them out, it stopped playing sound period. not i am trying to use it so when i enable it, it starts checking then its crashes. whats is wrong?

i also had the sound problem using vwallpaper/ringtones but its working fine now.

i gave up on mivtones every time i went to change the video it would default back to.. the default. i just use vwallpaper/v video tones works fine
