Will diskaid even see the phone? Prolly not.
You can TRY plugging it into itunes (i know its not gonna come up)....but just let it sit for a little while and it may boot (30-60 minutes).
Otherwise....you may be stuck restoring.

If you can SSH into it, its a good idea to backup your /User/Libaray Folder and then do a fresh restore to get back your iPhone factory settings and then you can replace the Libaray Folder to regain your SMS, mails, call history.
Detailed Info is given in the link below

Also make sure to use the proper firmware for jailbreaking.
PM me if you need the links.Last edited by raziiq; 01-13-2009 at 11:57 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Connect it to itunes and restore it.
When you re pwn it DON'T press the pineapple.
This happened to me.
When I did it again and didn't pick the pineapple boot logo worked perfectly. My signiture? Whats that...............

ssh into System/Library/SystemConfiguration/mobilewatchdog.bundle
Disable the watchdog timer(by temporarily moving its files elsewhere)then reboot.
After a few seconds the device will start to reboot, after approximately 3-6 minutes (depending on how many apps you have installed) you will reach the lock screen as normal, when that happens we now have to re-enable the watchdog timer&reboot again,so again log in with ssh, type:
mobilewatchdog.bundle/System/Library/SystemConfiguration. Reboot again.
Thats it...
The reason this is a workaround is because you can't leave the watchdog disabled, because as well as monitoring Springboard and killing/restarting it,the watchdog also has to periodically reset the hardware watchdog,if this doesn’t happen the device will spontaneously reboot. The hardware watchdog is 10 and a bit minutes,so without the watchdog installed and working your device will reboot itself every 10 minutes.
