How can I transfer music from my iPhone to my Desktop

I have been trying to figure this one out for a while now. I refuse to pay! for something like that so how can I make this possible?

Either that or when they look for something like iPhone they actually type something like "how to make homemade chicken broth" and then wonder where they went wrong. Well, you just have to accept that its just a talent not everybody have and thats why people actually pay good money for a good search string.
