question about itunes?

in itunes once you give a name to your iphone, can it be changed at a later stage and do you lose any of the info like apps or contacts by doing this. sorry if this is a silly question, lol

i love how people choose not to answr the simplest of questions.....
yeah you can change the name of it.
it is like an ipod just dont restore it.
all u have to do is click on the iphone name in itunes
wait a sec and click it again.
