Default How do I make private calls?

Usually, I would go into settings, phone and show my caller ID.

However, now when I go there, the option doesn't change. Whats wrong?

How else can I make private calls?

Well using that method would be great, but what if the person is in your contacts?

Note: I am in the US, using T-Mobile

Add an extra phone number for that person with *67 before it.

it seems that the settings option asks AT&T for the setting using some funky string, it's probably different for T-M.

star 67 works with tmb, att, sprint, vz and all major phone carriers around the world. It will hide it even if your in their conacts. It will just show up as Private, or Unknown

Yup. *67 Before the number. I wouldnt add another contact though. Possibly another number on that contact. 1 Blocked, and 1 not.
