Move contacts that are synced with address book to mail2web

Hi everyone, I set up my gmail to be forwarded to mail2web and I love it. I would like to move my calendar and contact entries over to the exchange server, but if I set the exchange server on my iphone to sync with contacts it just erases them. Does anyone know how I can get them from address book on my mac to mail2web without having to manually type in each one?

i think you SOL. you're going to have to manually add them. at least you can add them via mail2web's website and have them pushed to your iPhone.
