Interupted iPhone sync

Hi, today i tried putting a movie on my iphone for the first time. As i was syncing it to the iphone my computer crashed, and i was forced to stop the sync mid way through. Upon restart i had 3gb of "other" on my iphone capacity, which i realize is the part of my movie which is obviously corrupted somewhere in the iphone.

I tried to re-sync but i get the message there is not enoguh capacity for it, and if i uncheck the box it simply does nothing as if it is not on it at all.

I know how to ssh into my iphone so if any one knows where the file would be located so i could delete it that would help, or if anyone knows of any alternative methods, that would be greatly appriciated

Thanks for the reply. There's nothing in that directory. Is there a like a temporary place where they go whilst they are being synced?
