how can i restore my iphone and keep the apps i downloaded from appstore but get rid the applications from jailbreaking. and keep the iphone unjailbroken?

Well i think you can backup your iPhone using iTunes and then Restore to the latest Firmware.

Yup... make a backup in iTunes... then hit the restore button.. then restore your back-up and don't jailbreak.
