Anyone know where to download general.plist and touch.plist for v2.1

I switched my general.plist and touch.plist on my v2.1 iphone to increase sensitivity and get rid of the screen dead zone problem. unfortunately by doing so i can't access the preferences for maps and can't turn on My Location.

does anyone know where i could find a copy general.plist and touch.plist from a v2.1 iphone.

I have been trying to find it for the past three days and have had no luck. if anyone could help me out i would be very appreciative.
