Any idea of whats going on???

OK the problem is when i get a phone call from this one person it doesnt ring or let me slide to answer it just vibrates the only way i can answer the phone the the person is calling is the left button or to call them back after i missed the call. It doesnt do it with any other person that calls just this one person. Any ideas? I have restored multiple times and still the same idk what else it could be, Thanks

You need to stop being that persons friend, it may be a sign. I don't even know what to think of that. Have you tried to delete that person off the SIM card? To do that you are going to have to put the SIM into another phone. Maybe it has to do with a SIM card glitch.

Ya i think you have to delete that contact and then add that contact again.
Also try resetting your network settings, may be this will help

Well i deleted the contact and it rang like normal so i think it fixed it, I will add the contact to my contacts and see what happens later being there in school. I reset the network settings last week so its not that. Many thanks to the people that helped.

when i 1st bought my iphone it started doing this thing when i received a fone call the screen would stay black and it would ring but i couldnt answer it. i tried everything i knew so far and then i finally gave up and went to apple and they gave me a new one. this happened with random contacts at random times. not sure if its the same issue you're having.
