app store stuck in america!!!

hi,can some one help me please.since going on holiday to thailand my phones app store goes on to the american site so wont let me down load anything(even free stuff)ive looked in every setting i can but cant see any way to change it.all my other settings are for the uk.

Whenever you do a sync through itunes, it syncs the country you are in the computer for the app store:
- if you choose UK in the app store in you computer and you syncs your iphone, you will get the UK app store in your iphone!
- if you choose US in the app store in your computer and you syncs your iphone, you will get the US app store in your iphone! etc......

It is too bad we cannot choose the country app store through the iphone!!!!!!!
