    my white iphone got scratches at the back , any way to polish them out or remove them

    Are you talking actual scratches, or micro fractures that has plagued many a white iPhone? If the latter, no way to polish em.

    There's no way to polish the standard cheapo plastic that Apple has chosen for iPhone 3G's... You'll just have to live with it, unfortunately.
