iphone upgrade help

hey guys.. i have a 8gb iphone i bought awhile back it was broke and unlocked with 1.0.2. im a t-mobile user.. i wanted to know how to go about upgrading to 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 as noob "easy" as posible. im using xp with a pc go easy on me much thanks

1. plug in iphone and press restore it should restore you 2 1.1.4
2 download ziphone here http://www.downloadziphone.org/in your case you would select the top download because its windows.
3 open the program plug in the iphone and select "do it all"
4.DONE! have fun
(p.s dont worry about itunes, dont close it ziphone and it work together)

Make sure to keep itunes open while you run Ziphone or if you close itunes the process will be done much quicker, your phone will be jailbroken, unlocked but you will have no signal for some reason. I tried it 3 times before I decided to restore again and leave itunes open while running Ziphone.
