syncing phone

The computer I was using to add music to my Iphone has died. So all of my music and apps are gone, but they are still on the phone. I was wondering if there was a way to Sync from the phone to a new install of Itunes.

Works well, but you have to buy it.

Transfer everything from your iPhone to your computer and then import them all back into iTunes.

The tansee software...does it lead to syncing problem with itunes??
