What does this icon mean?

I'm getting this weird icon on the top right next to my battery and I have no clue what it means... I even turned off StatusNotifier and IntellScreen... any ideas?

And is there a legend of some sort for all the notification icons?

if you have an app like iblacklist or mcleaner and you have the option to block certain ppl's txt messages or fone calls then this is why you get that. its letting you know that whoever you block has sent u a txt message. if it was a lil fone then it means that person tried to call you and it should be in a log that you can clear.

i have status notifier on my iPhone and i get this icon when i get any text or sms.

It also looks like you have iRealSMS installed. The text goes to the default SMS icon and also iRealSMS. If you have it installed look in the conversations tab and see if you have any unread.
