Ringtones
is there a way to get free ringtones after the iphone is unlocked/jailbroken??

Myxer - Download Ringtones and More
Find ringtone you want. Drag it into iTunes, rename it and sync to your phone and you're done.Android user suffering from iPhone withdraw.

Once you jailbreak your phone you will have cydia and it has alot of ringtones on there. You can also get iringer for free just google it and put a song in it pick the section you want and drag it to itunes and your done.

Yeah you can go to Cydia but the only thing I didn't like is that some downloads come with multiple ringtones. If I only want 1 of them I don't need the other 4. It's better to just SSH into your phone, delete all the default ringtones and add your own custom ones.
I still say Myxer because you can find anything there, rename it, drag to ringtones section in itunes and sync.Android user suffering from iPhone withdraw.
