first things first you are not be talking about things like that on this site it is against the rules. Also they are starting to remove the files from the storage web sites so you can not download them at all so it will be a mute point in a month or so anyway.

The difference is that pirated apps are "illegal" as they are considered stolen.
Jailbreaking, even though Apple doesnt like it.....is NOT illegal.
We have been in numerous legal battles with Apple since the site opened as it is, and have spent quite a bit of money.....so we're just trying to stay on the up and up.
I jailbroke my itouch a little while ago and it just completely died a couple of days ago for no reason. The thing im wondering is if i take it in to best buy and they ship it out to apple, is apple going to be able to see ********** and will i get in trouble for that?
