whenever i try to transfer my apps to itunes, even the ones from the app store, it doesnt work for some reason

i activated my itunes account on my computer again

sometimes it says that it couldnt transfer and lets me click a "+" to see which apps it couldnt transfer and other times
on iTunes where it shows the progress and which app is being transfered, it just stays on one forever

You mean cracked apps? Or apps that you bought from the appstore.
