First try restarting the computer.
If that doesnt work, then re-install itunes.
If THAT doesnt work, Put your phone into DUF mode(hold home and power buttons for ten seconds together, once the screen goes black,let go of the Power button and hold the home button until the iphone scrren has an apple logo and USB cable)
