    Default Recovering SMS - sms.db

    Hi,

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. D:

Anyways, I downloaded my iPhone's sms.db file and "recovered" my iPhone back to original software. I then jailbroke it again.

However, when I upload the sms.db to the same directory and try to use it, iPhone won't store any messages in the SMS inbox any longer. Every message I try to send results in an error message. ("Error sending message")

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks..

EDIT: I have tried setting permissions to 0644, reuploading the SMS database file, and restarting the iPhone. Nothing worked.

try the "fix user dir permissions" in SBsettings or setting the permission to 777.

Nope, doesn't work. Tried both of your suggestions.
