broken iphone question

ok it is stuck at itunes screen has been giving me errors 23 and 1011 can this be fixed i've tried everything i know to do to it

try this for error 1011:

Hold the home and "sleep" keys down until you see the "yellow" caution icon that tells you to connect to iTunes-- this takes a while so be patient. Then you will get a message that says you are in the middle of a restore-- click "restore" and your phone will be restored and you are free.
