mail app crashing iphone, details inside post

I record a video using iphone video recorder.
I choose to send the video via email.
It acted like it was sending, but it ended up freezing up my phone.
I hard rebooted my iphone, opened up mail.app, it trying to send it again, and my phone froze again.
I can't delete the email at all, as soon as I open up mail.app, my phone crashes.
Is there a way for me to delete that email from within the iphone system?

it might be in user/library/mail/the first one with your email/inbox/messages

I guess,your video that you wanna send is to big for sending.
Go to user/library/mail/mailboxes/outbox.mbox/messages & delete it...

i found a way i just deleted my email account from the phone settings and then re add it
