Eraseing an jailbroken Iphone
okay i jail broke my 4gig iphone, it has 2.2 everything is fine with it but im going to sell it so i did a erase of everything so i go to the settings general, reset and i pick the option to reset all my settings and storage now my phones stuck on the apple logo but when i connect my usb cable nothing happens what should i do?

try and force it into DFU mode "hold home for 5 secs, then home and power for 10 then keep hold of home but let go of power.."
then do a fresh restore on itunes and make sure u dont sync anything.Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.

doesnt seem to trip into dfu mode, i can turn off the phone with the home and power button together though

Turn off your phone, hold Power and Home button&as the grey apple logo comes up, release the power button, but keep holding the home button&wait for iTunes to detect your phone in recovery mode...
