    Exclamation Is this feasable?

So... A friend got a G1, and promptly broke it, tmobile sent him a new one, and I asked him if I could have it... could I possibly remove the 3g transmitter from a g1 and remove the same from the iphone and do a swap so the g1 would work on the iphone? and I could have 3g on tmobile?? I'm sure it'd be more than a simple swap.. but I'm very curious... I'm a damn good solder so I'm not worried about that... it'd be what was needed in the firmware/hardware/software dept that I'm unsure of.
