Firmware 2.28 version 2.2

I would be very greatfull if someone could tell me if this can be jailbroken...

Yes it can be jailbroken.
For Windows use Quickpwn, for Mac you use Pwnage Too.

Ignore the do not use Quickpwn though, they found the solution around it as the unlock came out this morning.
So yes.
