restore from 1.1.3 to 1.1.4

um i need to restore my 1.1.3 should i just use i tunes resore to 1.1.4 then use windows version of ziphone. nothing else to do? phone is 1.1.3 16gb has been fully unlocked and working fine till i broke it

or is there a special procedure to use ziphone.
is i tunes the best way to restore my iphone?
