High Pitch Sound

Hi every one ,
i just found out that my Phone is making a High pitch sound ( not loud , u have to hold the phone near your ear to hear it )
when the AUTO Brightness Option is turned On , not Always But when it does , as soon as u turn off the AUTO option the sound stops .
any Idea if that;s normal ?

UPDATE : found out that this sound comes whenever i am in a Dark Room with no light , as soon as i turn on the light and Lock and Unlock the Phone screen ( rechecks the light in the room ) the Sound Stops , and by returning off the lights the sound comes back .

Maybe you have an alien chip inplanted in your head from a previous abduction that's interfering with the iPhone.
