iPhone MAC Address DEADBEEF

My 5 days old 3G iPhone 2.2 was behaving weird and I didnt know what to do about it..
When i went to the Settings -> General -> About screen i saw this:

The phone's Wi-Fi Mac address is DE:AD:00:00:BE:EF

Restored the phone twice and the mac address is still the same
Now I wonder if the phone came with this or the jailbreak proccess or even some other app i got through cydia done that.

By the way: i never used Spoof MAC App or anything like that and Wi-Fi connections works great on Safari.app. With other applications, such as Cydia and Installer, i am experiencing lots of problems trying to download packages.

Has anyone here in this forum experienced similar situation?

You need to be a lot more specific with your issues. Does Cydia refresh? Does safari work? Do stocks and weather update?

Safari, weather and stock are working well.. no problems here

Cydia refreshes but i cant get some packages to finish download and install correctly. Already sent /tmp/cydia.log to saurik.

Installer loads and tells me i need to update and hangs in beggining of its update process! No luck trying to download other packages there..

Same problem over 3G and edge
