If something doesn't already exist for this, I'm thinking that it wouldn't be too hard to write something that reads in the .emlx/.mbox files the SMS db, and plays an alert based on the information. Does anyone know where the incoming emails are stored? In v.2.x it doesn't appear to be in the same location anymore.
