How to delete program from App Store

I Downloaded "3H21 free" from the Appstore and since running it all my sounds are gone. How can I delete this from my phone? I have thought back thru yesterday and this is the only thing that I can think of that could have caused this problem.. someone please help me with this.

Hold ur finger on which prog.u wanna delete till u'll see the 'X',delete it.Then sync with itunes...

As far as I am aware, all you do is uncheck the app in your iTunes list and sync your phone and iTunes will uninstall the app from your phone. It will leave the app in your iTunes folder though, just incase the up-date solves your problem and you want the app back on your phone. ;-)
