    Default Export contacts from bookmarks?

    I recently upgraded to 2.2 from my jailbroken iPhone. I remembered to back up most essential things, but unfortunately I forgot my contacts! I fortunately have several backups, though-is it possible to extract my contacts from a backup?

    Restoring my iPhone from a backup and then saving the contacts will unfortunately not work, by the way, because I have spent a few hours already setting my iPhone back up.
