    Default A few questions

Well, I had a 1st gen iphone and had it jailbroken several times as it kept messing up. Then one day I was at work and it was in my pocket and it started getting hot and I mean so hot it was almost unbearable to hold in your hand. So I got home it wouldn't recognize in itunes on my pc or my friends and it wouldn't charge then it was turning itself on and off constantly. So I smashed it and got a different phone.

Now I'm getting a 3g soon and was wondering since I haven't been on here in awhile and I'm not up to date, is the jailbreaking safer now? does anything on installer work on the 3g such as customize, etc,. I really like using different themes cause I can't stand the factory blocks.

    Thanks!

Anything on Cydia (except customize) works. It's now Winterboard that is used for themes. Quickpwn or pwnage is used for jailbreak. Installer is dead.

everything in Cydia (except customize) works, update, jailbreak with the cydia package installed and go nuts. You'll see what you have to choose from.

Jailbreaking is very simple and very reliable now. I would reccommend QuickPwn with Cydia only and you should be good to go...
