    Default SSH re-enabled after reboot

Hey! I naturally do not want SSH enabled all the time, so I use SBSettings to disable it. However, when I turn my iPhone back on after turning it off, it is re-enabled. Is this supposed to happen? Is it possible to keep it from doing this?

That's a safely feature in case you get the SWOD after a reboot. Having SSH on does not drain battery unless it's connected so don't worry about it.

Thanks! I would hope it doesn't use resources used for apps, either?

In Boss Prefs when you go to config there is a toggle that allows you to disable SSH on Reboot... Not sure if one can be added to SBSettings

Has this been tweaked? I thought it was a service always running in the background waiting for someone to connect? So wouldn't that drain the battery? Or is it minimal?

Naturally, or I wouldn't have SSH or SBSettings

And I tried googling on how to stop it, but Big Boss says no. Gives the same reasons as Poseidon.

So looks like I'm stuck enabling it again after reboot. I know I shouldn't be rebooting all that much anyway, but it's unavoidable with the VNC app that I use that freezes me up sometimes!

    Thanks though!
