Which one has a higher resell value? 8gb vs 16gb?

I'm adding a line to my plan for my sister, but she doesn't need a new phone. So I'm going to buy an iphone 3b and just sell it. Which one do you think has a higher resell value? I sold a 8gb one for $400, and that took me a few days to do it. I feel like a 16gb is just too much of a burden in this economy. What do you guys think?

You'll obviously get more for a 16gb phone.

And remember, you'll also possibly have early termination fees and/or be stuck paying a 3g data service for taking the phone off the plan. Better check first.

I was under the impression that you could take data plan anytime you want, at least that's what I heard from Howard Forums. Anyways why do you say 16gb is obviously higher? Not that I'm doubting you, but I can't think of the logic behind it.

Price have come down for the phones....prolly because of the economy...what does this mean?

BOTH phones are cheaper....HOWEVER, a 16 will ALWAYS be more than a comparable 8gb.

Nobody's gonna pay more for a chevette.....if they can get a corvette for less

i think you mean which has a bigger profit margin? check ebay, probably similar margins, 16gb prolly slightly more
