how do u back up two phones with same information

I have two unlocked iphones. need to back up the calender and contacts and maybe music. itunes wants to "restore" the info but i believe that will remove the "unlock".

how do u back up two phones with same information

I have two unlocked iphones. need to back up the calender and contacts and maybe music. itunes wants to "restore" the info but i believe that will remove the "unlock". Is there a way to back up with out using the "restore" feature in Itunes" is there a program that looks like Itunes but doesn't restore?
