And now for my review.........

3g = much faster than edge. (no brainer)

3G Phone = much sexier than 2g

3G Phone = not nearly as good of build quality

3G Phone = much easier to hold in your hands. The tiny changes in ergonomics make a completely different user experience.

3G Phone= Mildly louder speaker, worth having as part of the package. More noticeable in calls than using music.

3G Phone = Did I mention sexy? The black is a good looker, but the white you just can't take your eyes off of. Together they steal the limelight from anything.

Overall = Worth the upgrade. Worth the extra money on the bill. Not taking away from the 2G which is a warhorse that can take abuse like a champ, but everything about the 3g except it's ability to break easier is a positive reason to upgrade. Just pray it holds together and don't look back....... it's a whole new beast. This is one of those times you should piss towards the wind and just go for it. You'll be glad you did.

Great review, I agree well worth the upgrade, only upgraded cos of the 3G factor. I love the 2G, still have a brand new 16GB i bought in the US in March in the bottom draw, been tempted a few times to put it on ebay to see how much it would bring.

maybe a little, its in a black case, lol. Truth be told, I originally wanted black, but ordered through direct fulfilment when they first came out and the wrong color got sent to the store, but considering it came the next day when I was told it would be atleast 3 weeks and I wanted the iphone so bad I just kept the white one and didnt want to take a chance of reordering it in black and having a possible couple week wait. So I love my iphone but I think in the back of my mind I will always want the black one. Im debating buying a black housing and trying to swap.
