Is there any way to make the artist and song titles larger when its playing?

I have a hard time seeing it when I'm driving. It displays the album art which helps, but still, the text is really small.

not that im aware of. i mean its possible but you would have to make the font for EVERYTHING bigger as well. so it CAN be done i just dont think thats what you want
