calls going straight to voicemail
After jailbreaking my iPhone 3G successfully, all of my incoming calls go straight to voicemail. I call make outgoing calls just fine. Any suggestions?
By the way, I'm a legit AT&T user and i have never tried to unlock this phone.

What firmware are you running? I had this problem with 2.0.2 firmware.

sorry, i'm running 2.2
also, most of my calls get dropped after a few seconds...

Have you tried restoring? Sometimes a jailbreak will just 'go wrong' despite following directions. Re-doing often helps.

so... now i feel dumb.
i called at&t. the three closest cell towers to my house are ALL having issues.

Don't feel dumb, I think it was a smart idea to call. I should have suggested you try that in the first place. One other way to determine network/tower issues is to see if other cell phones are having problems too.
